Double One Beauty Studio Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Double One Beauty— where creativity meets care. To give every client the best experience possible, please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment: • Appointments All services are by appointment only. You can book through our website ONLY A valid phone number/email is required to confirm your booking. All acrylic services are done at clients home. Travel fee must be added to acrylic services booked. • Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to your total and are non-transferable. No deposit = no confirmed appointment. • Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice = forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required for rebooking. • No-Shows No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Two no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Future appointments may require full prepayment. • Late Arrivals Arriving 15+ minutes late may lead to a shortened service or cancellation. Late fees may apply depending on the situation. • Guests & Children For safety and focus, no extra guests or children unless they’re also being serviced. Please come solo unless otherwise discussed. • Refunds & Corrections No refunds on services. If something’s not right, please tell us before leaving or contact us within 48 hours for adjustments. • Health & Hygiene Let us know about allergies or nail issues in advance.
